These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the School Management System provided by Violet Unlimited. By accessing or using the system, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our School Management System, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms,

  • You agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines,

  • You are authorized by your institution to use the platform (if applicable).

2. User Responsibilities

All users (schools, admins, teachers, parents, and students) must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Use the system only for educational and administrative purposes

  • Not engage in unauthorized activities such as hacking, data misuse, or sharing confidential information publicly

3. System Access & Usage

  • Access to the system is provided only to verified users.

  • The school admin controls user creation, removal, and permissions.

  • Violet Unlimited may suspend or restrict access in case of misuse, security concerns, or policy violations.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We ensure:

  • Secure servers

  • Encrypted data transfer

  • Restricted access based on user roles

However, users must:

  • Keep passwords safe

  • Avoid sharing their account with others

Violet Unlimited is not responsible for issues caused due to user negligence.

5. School Responsibilities

Schools using the system must:

  • Verify all uploaded student/teacher information

  • Manage subscriptions and timely payments

  • Ensure users follow proper guidelines

  • Inform Violet Unlimited of any suspected misuse

6. Subscription, Payments & Renewals

  • Schools must maintain an active subscription to access services.

  • Non-payment or expiration may lead to account suspension.

  • Fees paid for subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under the Refund Policy.

7. Limitations of Use

Users may NOT:

  • Modify system code

  • Reverse engineer or duplicate the system

  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities

  • Upload harmful files such as malware, pirated content, etc.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

8. System Updates & Improvements

Violet Unlimited may release updates, new features, or maintenance patches.
During maintenance, temporary downtime may occur — users will be informed wherever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Violet Unlimited is not liable for:

  • Data loss caused by user error

  • Internet or server issues outside our control

  • Misuse of the system by unauthorized users

  • Incorrect data entered by schools, teachers, or parents

Our responsibility is limited to providing reliable software and technical support.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected

  • Subscription expires and remains unpaid

Schools may request account termination anytime through support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
