At Violet Unlimited, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience to all our customers. Since we offer a 21-day free trial to fully explore our School Management System, we follow a strict No Refund Policy for all paid subscriptions.
All schools are eligible for a 21-day free trial before purchasing a subscription.
The trial period allows users to test every feature of the system.
After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform.
Because this is a digital, subscription-based software service, we do not provide refunds for:
Subscription fees
Renewal payments
Partial usage of the service
Unused days after activation
Change of mind or misunderstanding of features
Technical issues caused by school’s internet, devices, or incorrect usage
Once a subscription is purchased, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Schools can cancel their subscription at any time, but:
Cancellation will stop future renewals
Already paid subscription fees will not be refunded
Access will remain active until the current billing cycle ends
If auto-renewal is enabled:
The system will automatically charge the registered payment method
Users must disable auto-renew before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges
Renewed payments are non-refundable
Temporary downtime caused by:
Maintenance
Server upgrades
Third-party service issues (payment gateway, notifications, etc.)
…does not qualify for refunds, as such interruptions are part of standard SaaS operations.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to:
Misuse
Fraud
Violation of Terms & Conditions
…the school will not receive any refund.
